Responsibilities:
 

• Manage hotel reservations by handling inquiries, making bookings, and confirming room availability
• Interact with guests through phone, email, and in-person, addressing reservation inquiries, changes, and cancellations
• Assist guests during check-in and check-out, ensuring a seamless process and attending to special requests or concerns
• Collect payment information, process reservations, and issue invoices or receipts as necessary
