We are actively seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Remote Booking & Appointment Coordinator. If you have exceptional communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a genuine passion for travel and hospitality, we’d love to hear from you! Comprehensive training will be provided to set you up for success.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate bookings by managing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and confirming travel reservations.
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms to answer questions, make changes, and process cancellations.
  • Assist clients in planning their travel, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from booking to completion.
  • Handle payment processing, issue invoices or receipts, and manage booking confirmations.
